Combined with talented R&D team and experienced craftsmanship, L&L has developed the LL Series Ultra rigid CNC flat bed lathe that outperforms slant bed turning centers without the price tags.
The five hardened- and ground-boxed ways design completely outperforms any lathes in its class and capable of handling maximum 11 ton work pieces. The new design offers the large work envelope with maximum 37.4” cutting diameter and 394” between centers plus 16” spindle bore. The LL Series caters to extra long and extra large work pieces that require heavy turning, threading and boring requirements.
The LL Series is equipped with 50hp spindle motor with four step automatic transmission to provide superb power and torque. The 12-station heavy-duty turret and oversized tailstock provides the same versatility as the slant bed turning center. The LL Series also offers special boring attachment mounted on sub carriage to achieve the most difficult boring requirements.
