Tap Magic Xtra-Foamy Cutting Fluid

 

Tap Magic Xtra-Foamy is a high-visibility, extreme performance cutting fluid for all metals, including hard-to-machine metals such as high-nickel alloys, inconel, titanium, stainless steel, and others up to 45 Rockwell hardness. 

As suggested by its name, Tap Magic Xtra-Foamy has a foamy consistency that provides higher visibility, making it easier to gauge application rate and fluid presence. It can be used as a stand-alone fluid or as a booster fluid (such as in CNC operations) where extra cutting performance is required. Tap Magic Xtra-Foamy eliminates “work hardening” – the process of a metal becoming harder during the cutting operation. It also features an extended cling time, so a single application stays with the tool and work piece for cuts of long duration. Tap Magic Xtra-Thick contains EP-X3, a proprietary additive that provides a synergistic boost in performance. The new fluid is offered in a “tall-boy” 17-oz aerosol can.
