RMU Microdot and Scribe Markers deliver exceptional performance in direct part marking with the flexibility to accommodate challenging applications. Surface shape, hardness/softness, and configuration are marked consistently. Microdot can mark light or very deep while the Scribe series marks hollow material quietly. With multiple choices of stylus design, precise control of the stylus interaction with part surfaces is in the user’s hands. Without moving the marking head, consistent marking can be maintained on a variety of surfaces from metals to plastics with rough or varied surface texture and height variances up to 12mm.
RMU Laser Markers contain more features to provide exceptionally high quality marks to meet your laser-marking requirements. They include the ability of the laser head to handle vibration, multi-axis movement, and marking on reflective surfaces. The EVO4 Fiber series is available in 12 to 70 watts of power with an impulse frequency range tunable from 1-1000 Khz for high contrast mark results on a wide range of materials. Auto-calibrating galvos allow for Cartesian movement and marking on the fly. To ensure your laser marking production is maintained, all of our lasers, fiber and CO2, come with remote analysis capabilities for real time qualified support from our technical staff when needed.
