Ransohoff, a division of Cleaning Technologies Group LLC, has introduced its LeanDrum CF washer. This new platform offers an energy efficient, reliable solution for high-volume cleaning needs, along with cold forming applications.
The LeanDrum CF features stainless steel tanks, drum, and housing; premium electrical components; full immersion cleaning system; and forced air dryer technology for consistently high-quality cleaning during extended machine life. Less chemical utilization and better oil control results in a longer bath life. The design allows applying more aggressive chemicals without foaming. Easy access allows drum removal for maintenance, with no crane required.
The LeanDrum CF wash, rinse, and blow-off machine has a footprint of 5.3ft. x 11ft. x 5.3ft. The part production rate is 12ft3/hour @ 2rpm drum speed, with a variable speed drive capable of 1rpm to 3rpm. This machine offers full immersion cleaning, eliminating any need for pumps and nozzles. The LeanDrum CF comes standard with 3-2-1 warranty.
