LS100EX Plate and Tag Laser Engraving System
The LS100Ex fiber gantry meets many engraving requirements. The 20W pulsed fiber laser supplies consistent, high-quality engraving with strong contrast. The LS100Ex will mark a full range of metals - no need to apply special coatings to the surface. This fiber system also offers excellent results on ABS plastics and phenolics.
Its spacious engraving area (24” x 12”) makes for quick-batch engraving or one-off marking of parts and plates. The standard LaserStyle software offers capabilities for: alphanumeric, fine text, 2D and bar codes, graphics, logos, and technical symbols.
Sized to fit most benchtops and tables, the LS100Ex, CDRH Safety Class 1 gantry offers simple set up and user comfort. Its large access door provides easy ergonomic loading and unloading of parts. Plus, the removable side plate makes it possible to incorporate plate feeders or mark longer, single piece materials.
