JAM100 integrates itself with a mini diaphragm chuck, a pneumatic chuck actuator and a high precision rotary spindle. All of them are assembled and fine adjusted by JATO, largely eliminates all the factors that may influence your chucking accuracy. Total TIR is under 0.001mm, directly guaranteed by JATO Precision.
This product is a complete solution to build a sub micro machine, and has already been used in many high-end applications.
The jaw pad of JAM100 chuck is changeable and tailor made according to customer's requirements. Non-Standard sub micro chucking systems are also available by tailor designing for customer.
