InteLIFT is an intelligent assist device (IAD); it converts intuitive operator input into smooth, effortless lifting and lowering. The force-sensing control handle responds to operator input quickly and seamlessly for precise positioning of loads without the need for up/down buttons. Variable speed control eliminates shock load so that part damage is virtually eliminated. Its ergonomic design makes operation of the InteLIFT safe and easy for any operator.
InteLift is a programmable, air-powered, electronically controlled system that combines proven mechanical balancing technology with the intelligence of precise, reliable electronic controls. InteLIFT is available in four basic models with lifting capacities of 150, 200, 330, and 500 lbs. With variable lifting speeds up to 300 feet per minute and 100 percent duty cycle, InteLIFT is sure to make any lifting and positioning task more efficient and productive. InteLIFT is an energy efficient solution requiring just 1/8 cfm of air per lift; a fraction of what a typical air hoist requires. Plus, its clean, oil-free operation eliminates oil mist exhaust.
Integrated with a simple hook or a more complex handling device, InteLIFT offers features to error proof the operation including weight sensing, auto clamp, and interlock. Combining InteLIFT with an Ingersoll Rand enclosed track workstation crane makes for an ideal ergonomic handling solution.
