INGENIA Coating System
The Ingenia coating system has effective and shorter heating and cooling cycles, reducing batch times. Ergonomic design features shorten cleaning and maintenance tasks, reducing idle time, and touchscreen capabilities, make training and operating procedures simple and straightforward. It achieves a coating thickness accuracy of ±5 percent across the entire batch, making the system suitable for coating precision and micro tools as well as components. In small and larger batches, the compact system can handle eight different processes, coatings, and products per day. Equally useful for recoating tasks as well as first-time coating, Ingenia can coat a maximum part diameter of 360mm (14.17”), maximum part height of 400mm (15.75”), and maximum part weight of 200kg (441lb).
