EC-max 40-mm brushless motors are electronically commutated for extremely long motor life since there are no mechanical brushes to wear out. Built-in Hall-effect sensors provide feedback to control electronics. With coils outside their rotors, the motors dissipate heat and deliver high-overload capabilities.
Stainless steel motor housings measure 40 mm in diameter and 88-mm long. Continuous output power is 120 W, and maximum speed reaches 12,000 rpm.
