DMMC-HM Permanent Electro Magnetic Chuck
The DMMC-HM permanent electro magnetic chuck is engineered for hard milling applications.
Due to the development of a new magnetic material, there are no rare-earth magnets, facilitating a demagnetizing capability making it easier to remove hardened steel workpieces from the chuck surface. Each chuck has an all-steel surface and supplied flush with no protrusions – no resin and no soft metals.
The system is available in any size (4” increments width or length). Each pole can deliver over 1500lb clamp force and with each product, A stock removal calculator is available to ensure optimum cut performance.
