Bel Air Finishing is announcing the release of two next-generation CNC deburring holders designed to automate, streamline, and elevate edge-finishing operations across modern manufacturing environments.

The new FM-DBR7-1D Series and FM-DBR7-SC Series will upgrade your machine shop with precision-engineered solutions replacing manual deburring with consistent, repeatable, automation-ready performance.

The FM-DBR7-1D Series Deburring Tool Holder is purpose-built for automated top and bottom (tension and compression) deburring of machined holes in one continuous pass, eliminating tool changes and manual finishing. Its precision telescopic compression/tension mechanism absorbs workpiece dimensional variation, ensuring consistent deburring volume and stable cutting performance even in high-mix, variable-batch operations.

Designed specifically for front-side deburring and chamfering, the FM-DBR7-SC Deburring Holder leverages an adjustable spring-load mechanism that maintains consistent cutting pressure across parts with minor height or dimensional variation. Its telescopic design reduces chatter and over-cutting, ensuring smooth surface quality and highly repeatable results.

Both holders are built for seamless integration into CNC machining centers, robotic systems, and other automated platforms, giving manufacturers a reliable and efficient way to improve part quality, reduce labor, and maintain stable deburring across variable production runs.
