Twin spindles, a robot, a slant bed and a gantry loader are among the features of the TNW-3500R. A live tool turret performs secondary operations. For built-in automation, the TNW3500R features a FUJI 2-axis rack and pinion swing arm robot with a 22lb capacity and dual 10 tool turrets. The TNW3500R's A2-6 spindle turns with a 15/20hp spindle motor and operates at a maximum of 4,200 rpm.
A 20-station work stocker, chip conveyor and a set of turret holders are included as standard. For user-friendly operation, the TNW-3500R includes the new Fanuc 310i-A CNC Control. Not only is the TNW3500R easy to use, but it's also easy to set up.
An Intelligent Load Monitor is also included as standard. Suitable for any application, this highly reliable monitor detects insert wear and breakage. No additional sensors are required. The monitor is conveniently programmable by touch screen. The work size of the TNW3500R is 190mm (7 ½ in.) x 105mm (4 in.).
