Charlotte, North Carolina – CNC machine tool manufacturer Okuma America Corp. has designated HEMAQ S.A. de C.V. as the exclusive distributor for Central America, Cuba, and the Dominican Republic. HEMAQ has been representing Okuma in Mexico for more than 27 years and will take that knowledge into the new markets.
HEMAQ’s experience, dedication, and outstanding service will serve and support customers in these new markets, providing end-users with the full resources needed to ensure they are globally competitive.
Okuma is committed to bringing leading-edge technology to all customers in North, Central, and South America through its extensive distribution network. HEMAQ operates an Okuma Technical Center in Monterrey, Mexico, and recently opened a new location in Queretaro. They have more than 30 service technicians and 14 application engineers as well as spare parts coordinators and administrative staff and their team is able to respond rapidly and professionally to customer needs.
