Ann Arbor, Michigan – Zoller is now able to offer its customers key benefits realized through their partnership with MachiningCloud. They are:
- Initial, automatic cutting-tool data import such as several tool parameters and 3D geometries of individual components and complete tools in the appropriate characteristics to save time for new customers who need to download data for a number of cutting-tool items to initially populate their ZOLLER database
- Cutting tool application data from the MachiningCloud analytic tools offers the cutting-tool manufacturer's latest recommendations on the cutting speeds and conditions for a given cutting tool assembly in a given material
- New tool search allows the end user to search the entire manufacturer's catalog for new tools
The simple MachiningCloud interface is easily adaptable to the needs of any shop. It supports Microsoft Windows 7 and 8, as well as Windows tablets, Android tablets and iPad.
"The MachiningCloud revolutionizes the manufacturing process with its efficiency and, with all of its products, ZOLLER contributes to more efficiency in the manufacturing process," said Alexander Zoller, CEO. "We give great value to forward-thinking partnerships for innovative products that create real value to users, such as the MachiningCloud - which significantly improves the world of manufacturing."
"The mission of MachiningCloud is to make much needed tooling information more easily accessible to those who need it," says Christophe Rogazy, cloud evangelist for MachiningCloud GmbH. "ZOLLER, one of our first partners, which operates with a very similar mission, will bring even greater benefits to manufacturers."
