El Segundo, California – Wyle has been awarded a five-year contract by the Department of Defense (DOD) Information Analysis Centers to provide research, development, test and evaluation (RDT&E) services.
The Defense Systems Technical Area Tasks contract is a $3 billion indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity multiple award contract vehicle. Wyle is one of 12 contractors selected to compete for individual task orders related to DoD research and development efforts focusing on advanced materials; autonomous systems; directed energy; energetics; military sensing; non-lethal weapons and information operations; reliability, maintainability, quality, supportability and interoperability; survivability and vulnerability; and weapons systems. Performance locations will be task-order dependent.
Wyle will lead contract performance in partnership with its highly experienced subcontractor team. Together, they provide customers not only a diverse set of capabilities but also a nationwide network of multidisciplinary professionals with wide-ranging expertise.
The Information Analysis Center Program Management Office oversees the project effort.
