Triumph Completes General Donlee Acquisition

New Company Will Operate as Triumph Gear Systems-Toronto

Triumph Group Inc. has completed its previously announced acquisition of General Donlee Canada Inc., a manufacturer of flight-critical, complex machined components. The new acquisition will operate as Triumph Gear Systems-Toronto and become part of the company’s Aerospace Systems Group.
 
The business is expected to add approximately $60 million in annual revenue and to be immediately accretive to earnings.
 
General Donlee in Toronto, Canada, has approximately 200 employees and is a manufacturer of precision-machined products for the aerospace, nuclear, and oil and gas industries. The company’s primary product lines include: engine shafts, thrust links, rotorcraft masts, and landing gear. Key customers include GE Aviation and Bell Helicopter.
