Hanover Park, Illinois – The Studroller for motion control applications has acceleration and deceleration at dimensions ranging from 30mm to 600mm lengths, 2mm to 12mm rollers, and 150 million endurance cycles. The Studroller's Raceway depressions track Studroller’s nodules prevent slippage in any position with a patent pending.
In addition, load capacities are increased 1.4 to 2.3 times over the standard SV type. Roller-to-rail contact area is extended 42% to 58% while the number of rollers is increased 20% to 55%. The Studroller lowers component costs and allows more compact designs.
