Munroe Falls, Ohio – SGS Tool Co., a provider of round solid carbide cutting tool technology, is expanding its Series 135 Hi-PerCarb Drill offering, growing the family to nearly 500 individual products.
SGS’s high-performance drills such as the Hi-PerCarb offer tool life and productivity increases with a double-margin flute design and specialized notch end, which eliminates the need for pilot drilling.
This expanded offering brings new metric and Imperial sizes to the lineup, and is offered with or without SGS’s proprietary Ti-NAMITE-A coating.
The Hi-PerCarb tools are being manufactured at SGS Tool Co.’s new manufacturing campus in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.
