Special Aerospace Services (SAS), a Boulder, Colo.-based provider of aerospace systems engineering solutions, has signed a teaming agreement with the Colorado Center for Astrodynamics Research (CCAR) at the University of Colorado Boulder. The agreement will leverage talent and technical expertise between the two organizations.
