Hauppauge, New York - Royal Products' Quick-Grip 4th and 5th axis fixtures utilize Royal QG-42, 65, and 80 series collets, and feature many of the advantages of Quick-Grip CNC collet chucks, including ten-second collet changes and a wide .062" clamping range. Pullback operation is achieved through a mechanical/hydraulic assembly. An internal back plate enables the use of a stop for precise workpiece positioning.
The 5C, 16C, and 3J manually-operated fixtures use an internal cam mechanism and are configured for both 4- and 6-slot mounting. There models feature Royal Accu-Length functionality.
