Phoenix, Arizona – Renishaw and Wenzel will present a series of free half-day metrology seminars to highlight the advantages of increased process control, and provide details on the “Process Control Pyramid” – Renishaw's systematic approach to reducing waste and variation in manufacturing processes. The seminars, part of an open house held at Wenzel’s Phoenix, Arizona, Tech Center, will feature a variety of breakthrough technologies and proven methods for establishing stable operating conditions, identifying predictable sources of variation, delivering intelligent feedback and post-process monitoring. The three-hour seminar will be presented twice daily – at 9:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. – on Wed., Dec. 3 and Thur., Dec. 4, 2014.
Each seminar will include presentations on Renishaw’s Process Control Pyramid, high-speed comparative gauging with Renishaw’s Equator, Wenzel’s innovative CMM developments using 5-axis technology and the Renishaw additive manufacturing system.
The event will include demonstrations of Renishaw’s Revo, PH20, and Equator systems running on complex, aerospace-relevant parts, and displays of the company’s Sprint, ballbar and styli equipment.
