Executives from Quatro Composites, Orange City, Iowa, have signed a long-term memorandum of agreement with Gulfstream Aerospace Corp. This MOA constitutes a multi-year contract for the development, design, and manufacture of composite products for the G450, G550, and G650 Aircraft models.
"Quatro is very excited to be part of the Gulfstream Aerospace supplier family," says director of sales/marketing, Molly Sitzmann. "We are honored to be a part of the Gulfstream fleet of products, and look forward to a long and prosperous supplier relationship."
Quatro Composites, a wholly owned business of Tec Industries LLC, offers services including design, analysis, laminate optimization, quick prototyping, and qualified production of advanced composite structures. Additionally, the company specializes in the design of highly loaded brackets and fittings, as well as producing parts of complex geometries using processes such as bladder molding, compression molding, qualified autoclave, and out-of-autoclave curing. The business also operates a technical development center in Poway, Calif.
