OGP SmartScope Quest Dimensional Measurement Systems

Optical Gaging Products (OGP), a division of Quality Vision International Inc. (QVI), debuts its high-accuracy SmartScope Quest dimensional measurement systems.

SmartScope Quest systems provide the most precise 3D measurement available from OGP. The patented TeleStar 10:1 metrology zoom lens is completely telecentric and automatically calibrated throughout its range, for distortion-free, high fidelity images, offering the highest accuracy. While its video measurement performance is unsurpassed, Quest can also take full advantage of a variety of additional sensors, including available touch trigger probes, Feather Probe for micro-measurements, the Rainbow Probe white light scanning probe, and DRS off-axis laser or the unique TeleStar long-working-distance TTL laser. A variety of measurement volumes are available, from the compact benchtop SmartScope Quest 250 to the floor model Quest 650 with its high speed linear XY drives and XYZ measurement volume of 610mm x 660mm x 400mm. All SmartScope Quest systems are equipped with premium MeasureMind 3D MultiSensor metrology software for true 3D functionality.
