M Line Holdings Inc. officials announce that Precision Aerospace and Technologies Inc., a Tustin, Calif.-based operating subsidiary of M Line, has entered into a co-operation agreement with Structural Integrity Engineering Inc. (SIE) headquartered in Chatsworth, Calif., with additional offices in the State of Washington and Spain.
SIE – whose customers include Boeing, FedEx, L-3 Communications, and United Airlines – will provide comprehensive engineering and manufacturing solutions to both SIE and Precision’s customers.
Tony Anish, M Line’s COO says, “This is yet another example of the manner in which M line is expanding its aerospace customer base and its ability to service those customers with their manufacturing, assembly and kitting requirements as well as, through this relationship, provide engineering design and certification services. We hope to announce our first joint project very shortly.”
Bruce Barren, CEO states, “One of our core objectives is to reduce customer concentrations in order to achieve a larger customer base with less reliance on any one customer as has been M Line’s situation in the past. This is a further step in this direction and we are excited by the prospects of this relationship and the overall benefits to shareholder value through increased revenues and profits.”
Matt Creager, SIE’s president states, “SIE’s customers have been looking for a one-stop shop to get the aircraft modification and design they require with the ability to manufacture, assemble, and the kitting of the parts necessary to upgrade their aircraft. The relationship with Precision Aerospace & Technologies gives us the ability to provide full service engineering and customer aircraft parts manufacturing to our customers.”
