Ramsey, New Jersey - ITI-Exact NCT Series horizontal / vertical rotary tables are available in eight frame sizes, each with a standard-size tabletop fitted with T-slots and a precision center pilot hole for alignment and clamping of the fixture or piece parts.
The tables are rotated via a rugged, high-speed dual-lead worm gear and wheel driven via a Servo motor. The positioning and accuracy of the tabletop are controlled by an encoder.
Once in position for static machining, the tabletop can be rigidly clamped in place using the integral distortion-free hydraulic brake unit.
