Officials from the International Titanium Association (ITA) have issued a “call for papers” for industry representatives interested in participating as members of speaker sessions at TITANIUM EUROPE 2014 conference and exhibition, which will be May 19-21, 2014 at the Hilton Sorrento Hotel, which is located just an hour South of Naples, Italy.
TITANIUM EUROPE 2014 will serve as a platform to discuss European business and technology topics, attracting a wide range of delegates, executives, and industry stakeholders. TITANIUM EUROPE will offer networking opportunities for attendees to exchange ideas and gain valuable insight into the state of the global titanium industry, from a European perspective.
The inaugural TITANIUM EUROPE event was held in March, 2013 in Hamburg Germany, hosted 476 guests from 30 countries. Attendees welcomed the conference as a success as it offered a cost-effective way for delegates to meet potential partners, customers and vendors – creating opportunities for companies to move beyond their regional borders to consider international business ventures and strategic alliances. The gathering attracted titanium producers, distributors, designers, metallurgists, fabricators, and end-users. Much like the ITA’s long-running conference series in North America, the initial European forum presented important market developments and leading-edge trends shaping the international titanium market.
Interested presenters (members and non-members alike) may submit abstracts on their proposed topic for consideration.
Exhibition space is available on a first-come, first-serve basis to be hosted in conjunction with the event.
