McLean, Virginia – Now that we are almost 1/12 of the way through 2015, how are those New Year's resolutions working for you? Unfortunately, by now, most resolutions are failing. According to Timothy Pychyl, a professor of psychology at Carleton University in Canada, resolutions are a form of "cultural procrastination," an effort to reinvent oneself. People make resolutions as a way of motivating themselves, he says. Pychyl argues that people aren't ready to change their habits, particularly bad habits, and that accounts for the high failure rate.
Steve Miller has a suggestion. Instead of trying to make wholesale changes in yourself, how about looking at some possible choices you can make that can measurably impact your life and your business?
Join Steve as he shares 12 proven hacks for: increased productivity; generating more sales; focused efficiency; and getting more results.
