About the author
Michael Panzarella is based near Chicago, Illinois with DMG MORI and leads a group of engineers focused on the advanced development of machine tools. Michael joined DMG MORI five years ago after receiving his diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University. He has led the development of many of DMG MORI’s additive manufacturing solutions from their inception. Having been involved with subject matters from machine design to process development, Michael is now leading the development of next-generation solutions. His recent focus has been on increasing the materials portfolio, processing head development and deposition efficiency.
