Hawker Beechcraft plans to emerge from Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Jan. 31.
Judge Stuart Bernstein indicated he would approve the company’s plan for reorganization after a few minor revisions to the disclosure statement, according to the Wichita Eagle. Officials from Hawker Beechcraft say most of the revisions are technical in nature.
After the statement is approved, “the company will begin soliciting approval of its reorganization plan from its creditors,” according the Wichita Eagle.
Creditors will vote on the plan by Jan. 22.
