EasyView Tooling Carts Designed

Mate Precision Tooling announces introduction of Mate EasyView tooling carts designed for lean visual tool management on the shop floor.

Now jobs can be staged ahead of time and located near the machine ready to go using the Mate EasyView cart. Designed to carry an amazing 2,800 lb tooling load, these carts keep tooling protected and organized, reducing tool damage and tool setup time.

Because all tooling is visible to the user, press operators can eliminate wasted time looking for the correct tool. Users can quickly locate the right tool, making it faster and easier for them to make the correct decision every time.

Modular in design, Mate EasyView carts can be configured to a particular shop’s needs. Individual shelves are available for all of the tooling components in the Mate Ultra thick turret product line including A, B, C, D and E Stations with pockets for punches, dies and strippers. A blank shelf is available as a workbench setup area or for general storage. A side tray holds assembly tools, fasteners and lubricants.
