DE-STA-CO will introduce a new line of workholding clamps next month. The clamps are designed specifically for fuselage, wing assembly, and drilling fixtures.
"Because DE-STA-CO is committed to creating solutions tailored to our customers' needs, each of our new clamps can be modified to meet individual specs in terms of space, force, and variations in material thickness," says Jim Beck, DE-STA-CO global business development manager. "We have an entire engineering group that is designed to work as an extension of our customers' internal engineering teams to develop custom solutions for aerostructure workholding applications."
The DE-STA-CO aerospace product offering also includes manual toggle clamps, high-temperature clamps for autoclave and IFR environments, and workholding solutions for automated and manual drilling and assembly fixtures.
