Cambridge, UK – The British Institute of Non-Destructive Testing (BINDT) is hosting its Aerospace Event, April 25-26, 2017 at TWI Ltd., Cambridge, UK. The event comprises a two-day conference focusing on joining technologies and the challenges they present to the inspection community, with an aerospace exhibition running on the first day.
Day one of the conference is hosted by the BINDT Aerospace Group and will focus mainly on metallic technologies, featuring speakers from TWI Ltd., Rolls-Royce plc, the National Physical Laboratory, and Theta Technologies. A tour of the new TWI facilities and entry to the one-day aerospace exhibition are included in the registration fee for day one.
The table-top exhibition taking place on day one is FREE to attend and will showcase technologies and products for the inspection of jointed or bonded assemblies relevant to aerospace from a variety of respected companies and organizations from the industry.
Day two, hosted by BINDT’s Composites Group, will focus on non-metallic composite materials and will include speakers from GE Oil & Gas, 3M Adhesives, and others.
