Burlington, Ontario, Canada – AXYZ International has opened its newest office in Tampa, Florida. A CNC router manufacturer, AXYZ International now has four offices in the United States including Atlanta, Cincinnati, Los Angeles, and Tampa to be more responsive to customers' needs.
Tampa was chosen as the new location because it is well-positioned for supporting customers throughout the state. "We decided to open the new Tampa sales office to bring our sales, customer service, and field technician support groups closer to our customers. Our philosophy of 'Fast, Flexible and Direct' drives our desire to be in close contact with our customers to help them achieve outstanding productivity gains with their equipment purchases," said John Donaldson, new business development manager at AXYZ.
At the AXYZ office, customers can see several of the newest AXYZ machines and technologies, watch a demonstration of a machine for their specific routing or knife cutting application and meet with their local sales representative. In addition, the Tampa office will provide local customer support and onsite service calls from a local field technician. "If a table goes down, our tech can be there on the same day or within a day with the necessary parts to fix the problem. Our customers don't have to wait a week or stop production because of a problem with a router. We get our customers back up and running quickly, so their production times don't suffer," said West Bryson, Florida sales representative for AXYZ.
The first open house for the Tampa office is on May 18-19, 2016. There will be free workshops on the Trident Routing/Knife Cutting System, PanelBuilder 16 software, and CNC router basic maintenance.
