ATI Stellram Acquires Greenfield Assembled Threading Tool Lines

ATI Stellram has closed its acquisition of the Assembled Threading Tools product lines of Greenfield Industries Inc.
   
The Geometric, Supermetric, H&G, Vers-O-Tool, and Acme-Fette brands are now part of the ATI Stellram product portfolio, which also features brands such as Stellram Cutting Tool Systems, Garryson Abrasives, Burrs and Routers, and Landis Threading Systems.

This new selection of assembled threading tools for high-quality, high-impact production applications complements the Landis product offering by expanding the range of die heads for thread rolling and cutting, thread chasing tools and adjustable internal threading taps for the aerospace, oil and gas, and power generation industries.
