Toulouse, France – Airbus Americas and its hiring partner AIDT are seeking Goods & Services Buyers for its Airbus A320 Family assembly line in Mobile, Alabama.
The buyers will be responsible for the acquisition of goods and/or services while securing and maintaining positive vendor relationships.
Among other qualifications, candidates must have a minimum of one year of experience with general procurement/purchasing experience of technical items, a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of six to nine months training abroad is required.

On July 2, 2012, Airbus announced it is building an assembly line for its A320 Family of aircraft in Mobile. The ground breaking for the assembly line was on April 8, 2013, and major construction is underway. Hiring for manufacturing jobs will continue throughout 2014.
