Oklahoma City, OK – Formerly comprised of five different legacy brands: Tods Composite Solutions; Paul Fabrications; Unitech; Hill AeroSystems; and Integrated Composites, the collection of organizations will now be known collectively as AGC AeroComposites followed by the city in which sites are located.
According to Rick Armstrong, president and CEO of AGC AeroComposites, “At the core of our realignment is our ability to provide integrated composite and metallic solutions to our customers. By reinforcing the strategic locations of our facilities in close proximity to our customers’ sites we continue to build on the legacy of performance our teams have earned over the years.”
AGC AeroComposites has sites in the U.K., in Yeovil, Portland, and Derby, as well as in the U.S., in Monterey, Calif.; Seattle, Wash.; and Hayden, Idaho.
AGC AeroComposites designs and manufactures advanced composite products – both structural and nonstructural – as well as precision metal aerospace products and assemblies with assets that include specialized equipment, tooling, and manufacturing processes.
AGC AeroComposites is an operating group of AGC Aerospace & Defense, a global supplier of technologies, systems and services that support key commercial and military programs. Capabilities within the AGC Aerospace & Defense portfolio include: financing; engineering; integration services; manufacturing; logistics; and aircraft modifications.
