Trelleborg Sealing Solutions to demonstrate its innovation at Farnborough International Airshow 2012

Trelleborg Sealing Solutions will emphasize its product and material engineering excellence at the 2012 Farnborough International Airshow, to be held July 9-15 at the Show Centre, Farnborough.

Focusing on innovations that are helping aircraft manufacturers tackle the challenges of reliability over an increased service life, improved fuel efficiency and weight reduction, Trelleborg Sealing Solutions will be showcasing several significant product developments at the company’s stand (Hall 4, Stand G8) during the show. These will include a fluoroelastomer with outstanding high temperature performance and proven best-in-class thermal stability, a high performance thermoplastic polymer to meet the increasing environmental demands in aerospace hydraulic actuation, along with an innovative aerospace specific silicone, typically 20 percent lighter than standard silicones used for aerospace seals.
