In this role, McFadden will oversee operations for several plants in the U.S. and the U.K., with a focus on safety, quality, customer service and operational execution.
McFadden joined Timken in 1994 as an engineer. Since then, he has served as manager of package bearing operations at the Lincolnton Bearing Plant in North Carolina, and plant manager in Winchester, KY, Olomouc, Czech Republic, and most recently at the Timken bearing plant in Gaffney, SC.
McFadden earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from The Ohio State University, and a master’s degree in engineering from Case Western Reserve University. He has been a board member for the Spartanburg Development Association and the United Way of Piedmont, and has served as a board member for the Cherokee County Community Foundation. McFadden and his family will relocate to Lebanon, NH.
