Harry Moser to Speak at Inaugural Reshoring Summit

The event, scheduled for March 12-14, will take place in Cleveland, Ohio at the Cleveland Marriott Downtown in the Key Center. As part of the opening day events Harry Moser, founder of the Reshoring Initiative, will present “The Reshoring Assessment: A Total-Cost Analysis.”

The in-depth presentation will focus on establishing the proper procedures when considering reshoring. The two-hour session will take a comprehensive look at what factors companies must evaluate when making manufacturing and sourcing decisions. One such factor Moser will discuss is assessing the total cost of offshoring compared to the cost of U.S. manufacturing or sourcing. Additionally, he will review the necessary cost components for determining accurate financial scenarios.

The Reshoring Summit brings together manufacturers, suppliers, governmental development organizations, site selectors, consultants and key reshoring leaders for an opportunity to discuss the issues surrounding the reshoring movement. The event will include educational sessions, case study reviews and interactive panels. The three-day summit will also offer participantsthe opportunity to build valuable relationships through critically informed networking.
