The most exciting new features on the website were created with enormous help from customer feedback. Stock check, product pages, advanced searches, and product reviews are just some of the improvements and additions on the new site that customers will find beneficial.
The Stock Check function was a favorite on the old website, so it has been enhanced on the new harveytool.com. Updated to make it more mobile compatible, Stock Check is also available in two additional locations. It is now possible to check stock directly through the Product Page without navigating away, and also through the Advanced Search section on the site.
Product Pages have been re-organized and new features have been added, ranging from side-by-side comparisons of coated and uncoated tools, to the ability to check stock when clicking on a specific item. Also under development is a Speeds and Feeds chart which will soon appear on every Product Page.
Searching for a specific tool is now even easier because of the Advanced Search option. Simple drop down menus to add and remove dimensions and other criteria help to access the exact tool a customer is looking for.
Feedback is enormously valuable to Harvey Tool and the new website allows customers to engage and communicate with the company by filling out product reviews and/or sharing success stories, all of which can be done through the Machinist’s Feedback function.
Harvey Tool strives to provide specialty tools in stock, same day shipping, and unparalleled customer service. Though Harvey Tool was founded from humble beginnings, it is rapidly expanding while still maintaining its core values.
