Industry experts Michael Reichmann of Primacon, Gotz Lebkuchner of MTU Aero Engines and Peter Jakadofsky of Jakadofsky JetEngines will be on hand to discuss how their facilities benefit from using the REGO-FIX powRgrip toolholding system. EMO is scheduled for September 19-24 in Hannover, Germany.
Reichmann is an applications engineer at Primacon, a producer of high-precision micro machining centers. The company exclusively supplies the powRgrip toolholding system with all its machining centers to guarantee quality and precision.
Lebkuchner, a material and process engineer at MTU Aero Engines, will discuss how his company increased productivity with powRgrip in the manufacture of titanium blisks. The company is Germany’s leading engine manufacturer.
Jakadofsky, CEO and owner of Jakadofsky JetEngines, will explain the benefits of incorporating powRgrip into the company’s Austria turboshaft and gas turbine manufacturing plant. The company uses the system to precisely and securely hold small tools for super alloy machining operations.
At EMO, REGO-FIX will also be displaying its REGO PLUS dual-contact toolholders. Fully compatible with all BIG-PLUS spindles, the REGO PLUS line of toolholders is licensed by BIG Daishowa and includes a full line of ER and powRgrip system toolholders. REGO PLUS offers manufacturers the advantages of better TIR, improved tool stiffness, increased quality of surface finishes and higher machine accuracies.
