WFL Millturn Technologies will open its doors and invite you to its traditional Technology Meeting. Visitors will not only be introduced to the latest machine models but will also get an insight into innovations in the domains of software and technology. In addition to WFL machining experts, numerous leading providers of tools, clamping devices, measuring devices and CAD-CAM systems will be available for comprehensive information.
New features like Ultra High Pressure Coolant (UHPC) and ultrasonic measuring will be demonstrated on an M50 Millturn. Workpieces have been developed specifically to show complex machining processes. Sector specific presentations will be especially rewarding for manufacturers from the energy engineering sector and suppliers to the aerospace industry. M120 and M150 Millturns will be presented live and in operation.
Another focus is on special deep hole boring and bottle boring processes. In order to meet the specific requirements of the oil and gas industry, one workpiece has been armoured with Inconel. The inside contour will be machined with CNC outfacing tools in a true-to-life process.
