The contract is expected to generate over $2bn in original equipment and aftermarket revenue over the life of the programme.
The landing gear design will incorporate the latest technologies including the use of lightweight materials, noise reduction features and more environmentally friendly material processes.
The deal covers the design, test, manufacture and in-service support of the main landing gear.
The A350-1000, the largest variants of the A350 XWB twinjet, can carry up to 350 passengers a distance of 8,000nm.
