GF AgieCharmilles has announced its continued sponsorship of the NTMA/NIMS National Apprentice Competition. The 38th annual contest will be hosted by the NTMA Indianapolis Chapter at Ivy Tech State College in Indianapolis, Indiana from June 10 – 12.
“Manufacturing is the key ingredient to America’s economic recovery,” said Glynn Fletcher, president of GF AgieCharmilles. “The participants in the 2010 NTMA/NIMS National Apprentice Competition will help build the foundations for the country’s future manufacturing success, and GF AgieCharmilles is proud to play an role in their development.”
This is the 19th consecutive year that GF AgieCharmilles has provided the event’s grand prize, which includes up to a $100,000 discount on GF AgieCharmilles EDMs, high speed and high performance milling machines, options, tooling and software.
