Strand Aerospace, which provides analysis and design for aircraft primary structures, aims to train over a hundred design-and-analysis engineers by 2013.
This would be achieved together with Feiran Technology Sdn Bhd, a product lifecycle management (PLM) focused solutions company and French-based 3D and PLM solutions company, Dassault Systemes.
Chief operating officer Naguib Mohd Nor said both Feiran Technology and Dassault Systemes would provide the processes and tools needed by the group to prepare its engineers for delivery of high standards to its global clientele.
“In order to successfully deliver high-end engineering, you need engineers not only with the right technical skills but also the ability to communicate and lead effectively.
