Chevalier will be exhibiting two new machines March 27-29 at WESTEC in the Los Angeles Convention Center. Stob by Booth 1932 to see a demonstration of the FVM-3016DCL and the FBL-360 slant-bed lathe.
FVM-3016DCL
Users of Chevalier’s FVM-3016DCL Series have benefitted from a machine that offers a heavy-duty structure, powerful spindle and state-of-the-art craftsmanship. “The machine is carefully assembled to guarantee superior, dynamic running accuracy,” says Herbert Hou, Chevalier’s national sales manager.
FBL-360
Chevalier clients are giving great reviews of the FBL-360, with a 45-degree slant bed that has rigid box ways structure and programmable tailstock.
“With its new design, the machine is engineered with ease of access and trouble-free maintenance in mind,” says Hu, who also serves as Chevalier’s chipcutting sales manager. “These qualities are extremely important to many of our clients.” Herbert says the tool setters help reduce set-up times and keep non-machining times to a minimum. “That’s a huge asset.”
