Hong Kong Airlines has ordered six Airbus A330-200 aircraft under a new memorandum of understanding.
The A330-200 is the shortest fuselage version of the A330 series of aircraft, which can fly up to 93 passengers through a distance of 7,250nm at M0.86.
The carrier intends to employ the A330-200s to develop new services to destinations across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Europe.
The aircraft will increase the number of A330s ordered by HNA to 23.
Hong Kong Airlines operates a full service network linking Hong Kong with mainland China and the Asian region.
