Accutex leads the developments of Wire Cut EDM products and technologies in Taiwan. Besides being honored with the Rising Star Award in August 2011, they were also awarded the Machinery Industry Contribution Award by Chinese Society of Mechanical Engineers in December 2011.
This award is specially set up by Chinese Society of Mechanical Engineers to praise for significant contributions in mechanical industry. There are 5 appraisal criterions for significant contributions as followings:
1) Improvement in production methods or procedures.
2) Emphasizing in research & development.
3) Aggressiveness in new products development.
4) Improvement in quality assurance.
5) Higher achievement in industry promotion.
Chinese Society of Mechanical Engineers indicated the winners for the last decade are Metal Industries Research & Development Centre, Department of Rapid Transit Systems, ITRI, KYMCO, SYM and Munitions Factory #202, which are all domestic mechanical factories or legal person organizations. Accutex has received this award with greater honor in between obviously by a small and medium-sized enterprise.
Said by Accutex, the core of technical team was composed by ITRI people who has became a paragon in knowledge economy of Taiwan machinery as well as mastering 100% key technologies, like CNC controller, power discharging, machine designing, IC designing, which makes Taiwan become worldwide number 3 in wire cut production independently after Japan and Switzerland.
The Vice President/GM, Mr. Ray Liang, who worked in ITRI from 1991 for R&D in Taiwanese wire cut EDM technology, for the constantly improvement in last two decades, no matter in ITRI or in Accutex, the continuously thinking in how to promote and achieve market share which make Accutex has gained the good reputation in the world.
Under the support of Ministry of Economic Affairs and linked up with domestic industries, accessories manufacturers, academic institutions’ power, the A+ integrated plan has executed from 2009 to 2010 which has developed key technologies in accessories and integrated with systematic flow in machine bodies and moulds. When ended up with this plan in 2011, either machine structure accuracy or corner control, irregular thickness cutting, servo control, discharging power control all with advanced technologies. The repeatability accuracy can reached to +/-2um which has achieved the top level for A+ wire cut EDM.
Owing to the extraordinary contribution in product development and industry upgrade enables Accutex obtains this glory of Machinery Industry Contribution Award than others, we believe Taiwanese machine tools will win the reputation worldwide by constantly improving the technologies.
