Makino officials are pleased to announce that it has extended hours for its customer telephone support, providing assistance 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
“For many years, Makino’s call center has served customers with immediate support through highly experienced technical support specialists who possess more than 150 years of combined experience,” states Darren Harville, Makino’s customer support operations manager. “As Makino continues to look for ways to satisfy the needs of customers and strives to provide exceptional assistance, we are happy to extend the availability of our telephone support to a full 24/7 service.”
Makino Technical Support can be reached at 888.MAKINO4 (888.625.4664). Normal hours are 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST Monday through Friday, and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. When a phone call is made after hours, a live person will answer and gather information; an on-call technical support specialist will promptly get back to the customer. In the majority of cases, Makino’s experienced personnel are able to resolve issues over the phone, with little downtime.
Makino provides lifetime support of its machines with parts, regardless of the age of the machine. More than 15,000 different stocking units are in inventory; they can be ordered both online and by phone. Makino personnel are available to ship these parts within 24 hours, seven days a week, from one of 10 strategically located North American warehouses.
