Europes Universal Alloy to Implement Epicor

Epicor Software Corporation, a global leader in business software solutions for manufacturing, distribution, retail and services organizations, announced that the Epicor(R) next-generation enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution has been selected for Universal Alloy Corporation Europe (UACE), an international leader in production of aerospace extrusions. Based in Canton, Georgia, USA, Universal Alloy Corporation (UAC), a company of Montana Tech Components, chose Epicor to support its business processes in its UACE Greenfield facility based in Dumbravita, Romania.

UACE provides the highest value casting, heat treatment, extrusions, and complex extruded shapes, profiles, detailed part machining, surface treatment, and assembly to their customers, including Airbus, Boeing, and Bombardier, from one location with one supply chain. The company chose Epicor because of its best business practices, as well as its ease of use and native adaptability to their requirements.
